Weight Lose After 5 Days?
May 03, 2012 – Last Tuesday I start to embark on a diet program that suppose to help me loose 12 lbs in 5 days.Take note the product says this is appropriate for people living in a fast phase lives that have no time to go to the gym or do exercise.

Before starting the diet program I step on the weighing scale and take my weight which is 209 lbs. Then I started the diet program, I’m now at the start of my 3rd day, have not step on the weighing scale since my last one so that I wont be anxious on my result.
No exercise, just strictly following the 5 days reset period and fruit for snacks.
