Review : The Food Factory

A three month old restaurant has continually surprise locals of Angono with their take to exquisite cuisine with affordable price. That’s right there is a new restaurant at Angono and its making a buzz for food lovers. That my friends is The Food Factory owned by Athel Ner Matias and her brother. They provides high end service with a friendly price that locals will appreciate.

Cordon Bleu Burger
Cordon Bleu Burger for Php 120 + 15 for potato wedges

I’m a burger lover. I would automatically order the best burger they have to try it. But I ordered the Cordon Bleu Burger with potato wedges (additional Php15), just to try something new. I was not disappointed! The chicken patty was soft, crunchy and tasty. It has herb and spices in between the chicken meat. Which make every bite an experience to enjoy.

My friend Ramon tried their new (not yet on the Menu) Bacon Mushroom Melt, and it was awesome. Everything on this burger was off the roof. The oozing cheese, the crispy bacon strips and the awesome burger which co-exist with each other.

Did not got any comment from my friend Jen on her Spicy Braised Beef. But basing from her reaction while she dine with her son, she enjoyed it.

The Food Factory was formerly a house, now fitted to be a place for food. The old garage was then fitted with simple table and chairs for dinners. The walls have paintings from local painters.
