Last Sunday, My kids and I went to a local restaurant that is just a walking distance from my place for lunch.
Kinamat Resto-Bar first started as a hang-out place that offers beers and snacks for friends to hangout. But as time passed-by it slowly became a family oriented restaurant that cater to all kinds of demographics.
For me their best seller is their Budbod variants. Which is a twist in the Silog kind.
Budbod is sprinkle in English, and Budbod is a food creation that is commonly known in the Rizal province. It is a combination of fried rice, pork and egg that are chop into small pieces and then sprinkle on top of the fried rice, hence the name budbod.
They have 4 variant namely Pork, Beef, Shanghai and my favorite the Mixed all Budbod, which is the combination of all three for an additional 15 pesos.
My youngest kid usually gets the Shanghai Budbod but ordered Kinamat’s Chix-silog, just for a change.
I also ordered a plate of Kinamat’s Lechon Kawali. Juicy and crunchy at the same time, just the way I like it.
Whenever you be on the area, visit and try their budbod.
