The Wolverine Movie Review

I’m a late viewer of the latest X-Men movie the Wolverine. But I am not going to let the film pass and not view it on the big screen.

Since the first X-Men movie, Wolverine is the life blood of the franchise. Accept it or not this is the hard truth. No other member of the X-Men team have had a solo film since then except for the adamantium claw wielder himself.

What to expect:

Movie continuity

Be aware that this film is the continuity of the X-Men: Last Stand movie and not the X-Men Origins: Wolverine. So we will be seeing a more comic base character that we all love

More in-depth revelation on Wolverines life

In this movie, we can see what are the hardship of having an immortal life. The anguish one can have after living a long, long, long life as Wolverine have.

What I wished to see:

More bone breaking action

Due to the fact that it is a Rated-PG film so there are none. Wolverines ferocity is none existence in this film for the safety of the children.

Psylocke is nowhere in sight

I’m not sure if I’m the only one hoping for it, but it would be amazing if they have included her. The location, scenario and story line can accommodate another X-Men on the film.

Overall I would rate the movie 7 out of 10.

Open on all cinema nationwide.
