Movie Review: Snow White and the Huntsman

Where do I start with Snow White and the Huntsman?

Snow White and the Huntsman is a realistic adaptation of our beloved Grimm’s fairytale. The Snow White and the Huntsman movie is all about what would and could have happen in real life if ever it did happen. How magical creature and human would have interacted in that era.

Directed by Rupert Sanders this mortal adaptation is not to be missed. Staring Kristen Stewart (Snow White), Charlize Theron (Queen Ravenna) and Chris Hemsworth (Eric the Huntsman) in lead roles.

 Snow White

Though having the title role, I haven’t see any good acting from her but she is really pretty. I would have given more thought on her part of the movie to be honest. Though compare to any story adaption I had read and watch, in this movie it is more entertaining.

Queen Ravenna

Charlize Theron is a sure winner for portraying the evil queen. She portrayed it very well that you would surely want to help Snow White in defeating her. Viewers will truly feel the evil in her eyes, how they can be engulf in the passion of hunting Snow White and consuming her heart in the process. That’s how good I saw her portrayal was.

The Huntsman

Now this is a good twist in the story. Known to be the would be assassin in every story adaptation but had a better one in this movie. Not only did he not killed Snow White he helped him and… sorry you will need to watch the movie to find out what I’m talking about.
