They are my number one fans. Not that they have a choice or anything, but they just Love me.
My youngest would always say “Ang sarap ng luto ng Papa ko!” after chewing a mouthful of food.
It always put a smile on my face. So I fix him up with one of my favorite dish when I was a kid.
What you need:
1/2 kilo tender pork, sliced
1 tablespoon kalamansi
5 tablespoons soy sauce
4 cloves of garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 onion, sliced into rings
Magic Sarap Mix
How to do it:
1. First, marinate the pork in kalamansi juice, garlic, soy sauce and pepper for 30 min to one hour.
2. Place the frying over medium heat flame, add cooking oil till hot. Add the marinated pork and cook slow until brown.
3. Sprinkle Magic Sarap Mix
4. Place the sliced onions and continue to cook for one more minute. Then were done.
The delicious part of this dish is the oil and sauce from cooking so don’t forget to serve it too. I love it over a plate of hot rice.
