Review: Wee Nam Kee: Singapore’s Best on Philippines Soil

The Singapore’s Chicken Rice is a must try food when your at Singapore, and the best place to get a plate is at Wee Nam Kee before heading back to the Philippines.

If you haven’t tried it, no need to bring out your passport and contact your travel agency to taste it. Singapore’s Wee Nam Kee opens its first international branch at the Ayala Triangle Gardens in Makati Avenue corner Paseo de Roxas, Makati City

Yes, the Wee Nam Kee restaurant had traveled the South China Sea to give you authentic Singapore’s Wee Nam Kee dishes.

All of the dishes serve at Singapore are available and accounted for. With some additional Filipino favorite dishes.

All ingredients used in the preparation are based on how it is prepared at Singapore. But key ingredients are being imported from Singapore so that the original flavor remains.

Wee Nam Kee at the Ayala Triangle Gardens

Customer will be amazed by the cozy Chinese alleyway ambiance that will greet them. Keeping true to its origins as customers are transported to a traditional neighborhood coffee shop.

It just like eating at a regular Singaporean hawkre-style restaurant. Without the smoke and load noise of vehicle.

Stir-Fried Baby Kai Lan in Oyster Sauce

The Baby Kai Lan was cooked just right. The veggies did not loss its crunchiness and flavor. The Oyster sauce boost the taste of the dish. Perfect!

Crunchy Cereal Prawns

Another superstar on Wee Nam Kee’s menu is the scrumptious crunchy Cereal Prawns. This is one of my favorites at Wee Nam Kee. Crunchy, tasty and juicy all in one dish.

Combo Roasted and Steamed Chicken Rice

Whether roasted, steamed or soyed, the popular Chicken Rice is the perfect way to begin a love affair with Singaporean food.
