Pork Chop Kabobs

I just got a good way to serve pork chop. The idea came form a post from Yahoo!

Kids today don’t like the usual look in their food. They get bored and will just have a few bite and that’s it. They will excuse themselves then after 30 minutes they will go through the ref to get something to eat.

So presentation is sometimes the key for them to enjoy their meal. Kids need to see and feel their food. They know if they will enjoy it or not.

With this, I know my kids will like and finish their meal.

What you need:

8 6-ounce boneless pork loin chops, about 1 inch thick
1/2 cup bottled Italian salad dressing
Olive oil
8 8 x 1/4-inch-thick wooden skewers or dowels
bottled of barbecue sauce

How to make it:

Place chops in a resealable plastic bag set in a shallow dish. Pour salad dressing over chops.; seal bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour, turning bag occasionally.

After you marinate the pork chop, insert a wooden skewer into each chop.

Preheat the frying pan, add oil and when oil is in right temperature. Fry the chops, half at a time, for 5 to 8 minutes or golden brown.

Remove chops from hot oil and drain on wire racks. Serve chops with barbecue sauce.
