The trouble with Double Chin.

The dreaded double chin that had been haunting you. Most of us don’t even know that we have it. To find out if you have a double chin is look in front of a mirror and tilt your head down. if you see a visible loose skin showing on both side of your chin. Then congratulation you have the dreaded double chin.

Not only old or obese people can have it. Even an average weight person can have a double chin as well. It depends on their bone structure and amount of loose skin.

Sit up straight and retain a good posture. Hold your head high above your shoulders with your jaw slightly jutted throughout the day.

Step 2
Open your mouth as wide as you can, hold for 10 seconds and relax. For better results, add resistance under your chin–like a tennis ball–or push out your jaw as if you’re trying to scoop with it and work it up and down a few times.

Step 3
Place one hand on your forehead. Push your head forward while providing resistance with your hand.

Doing chin exercise alone will not be effective. Remember that double chins are excess fat in your body. So you will need to reduce your body fats as well to effectively rid it of.
