Its Great Ribeye, the most sought-after in the menu, is a mouth-watering 10-ounce certified US steak while the Surf & Turf is the perfect combination of thick and juicy tenderloin with citrus-grilled shrimps. Other hefty options are the Shrimp and Salmon Skewers, choice cut Outlaw’s Tuna Belly, the US Top Blade Trailboss Herb Steak, Ma Barker’s Chicken Platter and the melt-in-your-mouth Open Range Beef Tips.
