Now a day, companies have their own pantries or a place for their employees to eat their lunch or snacks. In that manner, they wont spend more time outside of the workplace to eat. So that after they have finished eating their lunch they tend to go back their workstation and continue working or spend the remaining of the 1 hour lunch break having a short snooze. This is why many of our office working personnel are getting bigger and fatter.

Have a lunch out once in a while. Eat in a good restaurant near your workplace. This doesn’t mean you be spending more, there are good place that will go with your budget.

  • So instead of eating in the office pantry have a lunch out, you can walk to your destination and back, if the weather permits. This way you can burn fats before you eat and after you eat.
